Jake Tirone
Director of Acquisitions and Financing
Jake Tirone is the Director of Acquisitions and Financing at Builder's Edge, where he leads the firm's efforts in sourcing, underwriting, and structuring real estate investment opportunities. He plays a key role in shaping Builder's Edge's growth strategy and expanding its real estate portfolio.
In addition to acquisitions, Jake oversees the financial strategy for Builder's Edge, including investment analysis, lender relations, and investor communications.
Prior to transitioning into real estate, Jake worked in wealth management and earned his Series 7 license, gaining hands-on experience in financial markets and client advisory services. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and brings a well-rounded perspective to capital markets, investment strategy, and deal execution.
